Your time is valuable. When you call to make an appointment, we'll set up and guaranteed day and an estimated time frame. We don't make promises we can't keep or appointments we can't make with 100% certainty. If it's an emergency and we can't hop to it immediately, we're not going to give you the run around; we'd rather send you a trusted friendly competitor then keep you waiting.
Once your appointment is set, we'll send a calendar invite through text or email. One hour before our arrival, we'll check in and let you know we're on the way. For emergency work, we try to work on priority basis, and if we commit to solving your problem at a certain time and day, we'll be there.

That means, we look at the situation and try to come up with a few of the best options that we would recommend to our own grandma. Granny doesn't like shenanigans, so you can be assured that any solutions we offer are clear-cut and practical.
After completing a job, our technician will make sure to communicate if there is anything to watch for or how to use any new equipment. If we need to install a complex system or upgrade equipment, we'll be sure to do a follow up call a couple weeks after the installation to make sure everything is smooth sailing.
